At just 20 years old, I started my first business, Hair Candy, from my spare bedroom. What began with a dream and a few clients has grown into a multimillion dollar empire, with three salon locations and a team of over 25.

In 2014, I took the leap into importing my own line of professional hair extensions. Today, we ship globally from our warehouse, supplying salons around the world and training hairdressers in the art of hair extensions.

This isn’t just business — it’s legacy-building. I’ve lived every stage of growth, from startup struggles to international scale. Now I’m here to share what I’ve learned and elevate the next generation of powerful women in business.
